If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right.

🕒 Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligible Return Conditions
You can return an item if:

• It's unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

🚫 Items NOT Eligible for Return
Due to hygiene and import handling reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Used personal care products (e.g., facial epilators, razors, massagers)

• Opened skincare or grooming tools

• Free gifts, promos, or sale items

• Digital/downloadable products

• Gift cards

📩 How to Request a Return
Send us an email at support@chaoticcutie.store with:

• Your full name and order number

• The item(s) you want to return

• Reason for return
  We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with instructions.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We'll notify you via email

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (GCash, Maya, or credit/debit card) within 5–10 working days

📦 Return Shipping

• Return shipping fees are shouldered by the customer

• We recommend J&T, LBC, or JRS Express with tracking

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels

💥 Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?
No worries! If your order arrived:

• Broken

• Defective

• Or incorrect
  Let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  We will send a replacement or give a full refund, no extra charge.
