🕒 Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

✅ Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

🚫 Items NOT Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used personal care items (e.g., massagers, razors, trimmers)

• Digital/downloadable products

• Free gifts or promotional items

• Clearance/sale items

• Gift cards

📩 How to Request a Return
Email us at support@chaoticcutie.store with:

• Your name

• Order number

• Items you want to return

• Reason for return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

📦 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

• Please use a trackable courier (J&T, LBC, JRS Express, etc.)

• We are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We’ll notify you via email

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days

• Refunds are sent to your original payment method (GCash, Maya, or credit/debit card)

💥 Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

• Email us within 48 hours of delivery

• Send photos of the issue

• We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
